Frequently asked questions

How many people can play at once?

Up to 4 people play at the same time, but the games are very short and fast, so players can swap very often.

What should I wear?

The game is played without shoes, so please bring non-slip socks. Comfortable clothes that allow free movement are recommended.

Is there a place to sit and have snacks?

Yes, next to the lava room there is an area with tables, sofas and chairs. The common area near the other activities also has one, but other guests may be there too. There is no separate private room.

Can we bring our own snacks and drinks?

We have a mini bar where you can buy drinks and snacks. We do not cook food, so you are welcome to bring your own soft drinks or snacks.

Is there an age limit?

Children can play together with adults, and from 16 years old you can play without adults.

Do you issue invoices?

Yes, after your visit we can send an invoice to the email address you provide.

Do I need to book in advance?

Yes, booking in advance is required: press BOOK, choose the activity and the time that suits you best.

Can we celebrate a birthday?

Yes, we welcome both small and larger groups. You can bring your own snacks and a cake, and you will find a birthday invitation for your guests on this page.

Can we book the whole venue?

Do you have gift vouchers?
